Not feeling the vibes of your new art piece? No worries! You have 14 days from the time you receive your item to request a return. But hey, our custom portrait prints are special just for you, so they’re non-refundable. ❤️

Before you pop your art back to us, here’s the deal:

  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging (no coffee stains or dog teeth marks, please! 🐾).
  • Don’t forget your receipt or proof of purchase—super important!

 

Oops! Something Wrong? 🤔

Received the wrong print? Or maybe it’s damaged? Snap a pic and email us ASAP. We’ll fix it faster than you can say “gallery wall!”

Non-Returnable Stuff 🚫

  • Custom portrait prints (they’re one of a kind, just like you!).
  • Sale items and gift cards.

European Friends, We’ve Got You Covered 🇪🇺

If you’re in the EU, you can return your item within 14 days for any reason. Just make sure it’s in tip-top shape, with original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase? A must-have.

Refunds & Exchanges 💳

Once we get your returned item, we’ll inspect it and let you know if it’s a thumbs-up or not. Approved? You’ll see the refund in your account within 10 business days. If not? Let’s chat and sort it out!

  • Find the order you want to return, and if it has multiple items, select the ones you’re sending back.

3️⃣ Tell Us Why

  • Choose a return reason and add a quick note if you’d like—your feedback helps us grow! 🌱

4️⃣ Hit “Submit Request”

  • That’s it! We’ll review your request.

📦 If Approved:

  • You’ll get an email with shipping instructions and a return label. Once we’ve received your item, your refund is on its way! 💸
